Right to Roam Bill  

We have drafted an English Right to Roam Bill, modelled on the legislation that created a right of responsible access in Scotland (the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, Part 1). This is a work-in-progress - we're working on it with other access groups, and are keen for feedback. But we think the success of Scotland's access laws over the past 20 years offers a great example that England should now follow.
